Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Redcells is an internal security research platform that allows authorized users to test AI models they own or control for vulnerabilities. You may only test models for which you have explicit authorization.

2. Authorization & Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to test the models you submit. You must not use Redcells to test models you do not own or lack written authorization to test. Violation of computer fraud or anti-hacking laws is strictly prohibited.

3. Fair Use

Usage is limited to the plan you've selected. Automated scraping, abuse of the API, or any activity that disrupts the platform is grounds for immediate termination.

4. Data Handling

Credentials you provide for model access are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM when a master key is configured. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to process your jobs (e.g., sending prompts to the LLM APIs you configure).

5. Payment

Payments are processed via Stripe when billing is enabled. Subscription fees are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Redcells is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to security incidents caused by the output of tested models.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your encrypted credentials are permanently deleted.
